It was a 4 hour drive from St. Hyacinthe Quebec to our next stop, Edmunston, New Brunswick.
After check in at the Best Western, we head into town for a quick dinner at Boston Pizza, then back to our room
Next morning we tour the town and stop into an amazing cafe for morning Cortados, Yoghurt parfait and organic breakfast sandwiches.
Great conversations with the owners and a regular customer, we learn about the city and its industrial history and have an excellent start to our day.
